聚焦课堂变革 提升教学领导力 Focus on Curriculum Improve Leadership

    金秋的都江堰，天高云淡，秋高气爽。在这充满丰收和喜悦的美好时节，我校非常荣幸地承办了——小学教育教学联盟四川省第三届“学习共同体暨学习力课堂建设研讨会（校长论坛）”，四川师范大学附属小学、成都高新实验小学、成都市抚琴小学等20余所联盟小学和都江堰市城关学校校长、副校长参加了本次论坛。   

    Inthis beautiful autumn in Dujiangyan,  Weare very honored to host the Principal Forum of Primary Education and Teaching Alliancein Sichuan province .Sichuan Normal University Attached Primary School, ChengduHi-Tech Experimental Primary School ,Chengdu Fuqin Primary School and more than20 union primary schools attended the forum.

    论坛在我校李坤老师的专家介绍中拉开了序幕:北京师范大学校长培训学院副院长李霆鸣博士、著名教育评论人《四川教育》首席记者余小刚、四川省教育科学研究所主任刘晓军、成都市教育科学研究院罗良建等专家莅临论坛，都江堰市教师进修校校长代表都江堰市教育局致欢迎辞，成都市教科所罗良建老师代表《小学教学》杂志副主编杨清莲女士，向本次论坛致贺词。

    Ourschool teacher Li Kun introduced the experts: Beijing Normal UniversityPresident, vice President of the training institute, Dr Li Tingming; the famouseducation commentator, chief reporter of “Sichuan Education",YuXiaogang;the director of the education scientific research institute of Sichuanprovince, Liu Xiaojun ;the expert of the education scientific researchinstitute of Chengdu, Luo Liangjian. The President of Dujiangyan teachertraining school delivered the welcome speech. Mr LuoLiangjian，on behalf of the associate editor of “Primary Education” Ms. YangQinglian, sent a congratulatory message to the forum.

    在刘晓军主任“拜水都江堰，问道都江堰”的教育解读中，校长论道正式开始：从四川师范大学附属上东小学曾小钢校长的《从关注个体到关注全体》到成都市抚琴小学李秀蓉校长的《抚琴一曲，琴韵悠悠——课堂结构初探》，再从我校马长俊校长的《转变观念，立足课程，深化课堂，促进学生学习力提升》到成都高新新科学校朱祥勇校长的《课程统整，奠基幸福》，以及成都市天府新区第五小学高小兰校长的《基于培养目标的校本课程思考与实践》的分享，五位名校长就着力课堂变革和学生学力提升挥斥方遒。更有专家和校长之间的现场互动，激情碰撞，围绕“学习力”和“课堂变革”为与会嘉宾现场支招，燃爆会场。

    Director Liu Xiaojun gave an interpretation ofeducational significance to the famous slogan about Dujinagyan,then theheadmasters began to give lectures. Mr. Zeng Xiaogang from Shangdong PrimarySchool attached to Sichuan Normal University, Ms Li Xiurong from Chengdu FuqinPrimary School, Mr Ma Changjun from our school, Mr. Zhu Xiangxin from ChengduXinke School, and Ms Gao Xiaolan from No.5 Primary School of Tianfu NewDistrict shared about curriculum reform and improvement of learning ability.Experts and principals interacted on the spot, and also give guidances to theimplementation methods to the principal guests.

    中午短暂休息，专家布道开始了。教育部小学校长培训中心常务副主任李霆鸣教授亲自授课《校长提升课程领导力的策略和途径》，李教授从当前教育改革的基本逻辑分析到课程领导力的内涵，诠释了校长为什么需要课程领导力，以及提升校长课程领导力的路径指点，为与会校长们带来了教育新动态，实现了“基层创新”和“顶层设计”的无缝对接。

    Aftera short break,the expert began to give a lecture.“Strategiesand Approaches enhance the pricipal curriculum leader ship”was instructed bythe the professor Li Tingming who comes from the Ministry of Education TrainingCenter .The professor Li analyzed  thebasic logic of the current education reform to the interpretation of theconnotation of curriculum leadership,interpreted why principals need leadershipof curriculum and how to promote it.The lecture updated  new education dynamics for principals and realized the seamlessly integratebetween  the gross root innovation andthe top level design.

    本次以“聚焦课堂变革，提升教学领导力”为主题的校长论坛在我校举办，全省各地的教育精英齐聚我校，交流经验，碰撞思想，互为启迪，增长智慧，这不仅是我校的荣光，也必将对都江堰教育扩大对外交流和提升发展水平产生积极而深远的影响。

    The forum focused on reforming curriculum and improving Teaching Leadership was heldin our school.The education elites from all over the provinces were assembledin our school.They exchanged experiences to get new ideas of school reform.It’s our honor to hold this forum. And it has a positive andfar-reaching impact on the education of Dujiangyan external exchanges.
