第一学月教育质量监控 The First School Month Education Quality Control

 为了认真分析第一学月教育教学管理中存在的问题， 9月27日，全体学科组长、教研组长、教育质量监控中心和课程指导中心在艺术楼会议室展开了第一学月教育教学质量监控。

In order to analyze the first school teaching management problems in education, in September 27th, the discipline leader, research group leader, education quality monitoring center and curriculum Guidance Center in art buiding conference room held the first month education teaching quality monitoring.

首先，副校长胡涛阐释了质量监控在提升学校教育教学质量这条生命线中的意义，并提出了第一学月质量监控的重点：教学复备与反思；学困生辅导成效，学生学力测评，学生过程性评价，学生思维训练情况以及作业布置与批改。

First of all, vice president Hu Tao explained the significance of quality control in improving the quality of school education in the lifeline, and put forward the first month quality monitoring: complex preparation and teaching reflection; students counseling effectiveness, students' evaluation, student evaluation process, training students' thinking and homework arrangement and grade.

接下来，教育教学监控中心分为四组分别对各学科第一学月的教学“六认真”进行交叉督查。督查中，监控中心的老师们不仅对教师的教育教学情况进行了认真评定，还对教师中的特色做法进行记录交流，对本次教学质量监控提出一些见解和改进措施。

Next, the teaching and education monitoring center is divided into four groups to cross check the first school month teaching. The inspection and monitoring center teachers not only on teaching situation seriously assessed, it also records  the special practices of teachers, and puts forward some opinions and measures for improving the teaching quality.

马校长对本学月的教育教学质量监控进行巡视和总结：这是一次有针对性和实效性的教育教学质量监控。下一阶段，质量监控中心和课程指导中心要根据第一学月的督查情况，有的放矢的进行教育教学反馈和指导，共同促进我校教育教学质量的提升。

President Ma visited and summarized the teaching and teaching quality control of this school month. This is a targeted and effective quality monitoring of education and teaching.
