2017年9月15日，我校开展了2017---2018学年度第一次行政议教，与以往的行政议教不同的是:今天参与行政议教的不再仅仅是学校行政，而是邀请教研组长共同参与了行政议教。

On September15th,our school held the first administrative discussion which was not the same as before.The conference staff  were not only school administrators but also directors of teaching and research team.

8:40，在副校长胡涛的主持下第一次行政议教准时开始。胡校长首先阐释了行政议教邀请教师参加的意义：营造民主、平等、和谐的管理模式；提高教师工作的积极性；发挥专业人员的特点，增强职业认同感。接着课程指导中心吴鸿雁主任对本期议题《基于课程标准下的教学与评价》作说明：以评价做抓手，推动核心素养在实践中的落实，改变唯分数论的现象，实现立德树人的根本目标。

At twenty to nine,the meeting was held by vice -principal Hu Tao on time.

At first,the vice -principal Hu interpreted the significance of administrative discussion which teachers were inviting..To provide a kind of management models that is democracy,equality and harmony ,to improve teachers’ enthusiasm,to make the most advantage of professional staff,to enhance professional identity.Then,Wu Hongyan ,the director of the curriculum development and development center demonstrated the subject“ Teaching and evaluation based on Curriculum Standards”.In order to promote core competence evaluation as the starting point, the implementation in practice, to change the only score on the phenomenon, to achieve the goal of strengthening morality.

接下来，教学组长和教研组长根据议题，就个人对议题的理解与定位，目前在教学中落实教学与评价的有效做法，对学校在核心素养背景下推进基于课程标准的教学与评价的建议，教学过程性评价的技术引领以及评价中显现问题的应对策略等展开了热烈的讨论，组长们传递着宝贵经验，提出大量的见解，议教的氛围浓厚而热烈。

Next, according to the head of teaching and research group leader issues, understanding and positioning of personal issues, effective implementation and evaluation of current practice teaching in the teaching of the school, to promote the teaching and evaluation of curriculum standards based on the advice of the core literacy background, problems of teaching process technology to lead the evaluation and evaluation of coping strategy discussions, group leaders conveyed  valuable experience, put forward a number of views on teaching  in  a lively atmosphere.

最后，马校长对本次议教活动进行了点评、总结和提出希望：教师参与行政议教的构建，对学校教育教学的发展和提高举足轻重，我们将继续建立平台，给予便利，鼓励教师参与学校教育教学的管理和决策，提高学校的管理质量和提高效率。

Finally, Principal Ma concluded the meeting. The administrative discussion wound play a pivotal role on development of education and teaching.
