                           ————我校召开新学期教研组长会议

为了更好地统一思想，确保新学期教研工作的有效开展，提高教研活动实效，把教育教学常规工作落到实处，根据学校工作安排， 9月12日中午1：00， 在艺术楼二楼会议室召开了2017—2018学年度上学期全校第一次教研组长会议。校长马长俊、学生管理中心叶主任及全体课程大组长、教研组长参加了本次会议。

According to the school work arrangement, in order to unify the thought better, to ensure the effective development of teaching and research work in the new term, to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities, to carry out the routine work of education and teaching, Our school held the first teaching and research team meeting of during the 2017 - 2018 academic year in September, 12^th  1:00 at the Second floor in the Art Building. Principal Ma Changjun, Director Ye and all curriculum leaders and teaching and research team leaders attended the meeting.

会议由课程指导与发展中心主任吴鸿雁主持。吴主任首先对本期课程指导与发展中心工作计划进行了梳理提点，她主要针对开学培训中提出的教师专业发展、常规教研落实、课程建设与课堂教学等问题，做了五个强调：1、强调了在本期工作中每个教师要完成的个性工作与常态任务；2、强调了教研组要完成的特色工作与常态任务；3、强调了优化集体备课、提升常规听评课质量，有效使用课程资源盒，关注过程性评价等常规教研的新要求；4、强调了本期将进行的几项重大活动，要求各教研组提前做好部署；5、强调了科研工作与常态教研的有机结合。吴主任的梳理让在座的每一位教研组长对本期工作做到心中有数，心中有序，带领组内的教师有方向地落实学校的教学常规及各项教学活动。

The meeting was presided over by Wu Hongyan, the director of the curriculum development and development center. Director Wu first carried out some of the guidance and development center course work plan. She focuses on five issues, such as teacher professional development, routine teaching and research implementation, curriculum construction and classroom teaching. The sorting of director Wu makes each of the teaching and research team leader know well about the work of this period. He is in an orderly mind and leads the teachers in the group to implement the teaching practice and teaching activities in the direction of the school.

接着叶主任就本期的年级探究性课程的开发提出建议，组长们就此问题发表自己的看法，马校长也参与了讨论，并及时地就大家提出的问题出谋划策，释疑解惑。

Then, director Ye suggested the development of this year's inquiry course, and the team leaders expressed their views on the issue. President Ma also participated in the discussion, and timely questions will give advice and suggestions to clear up doubts.

最后，马校长对组长们的工作提出了几点期望：1、组长要为自己定好位；2、组长要改变自己的思路；3、组内教研活动必须落实；4、教研组工作安排要统筹；5、要虚心接受督导。马校长的讲话，让每一位组长更明确了自己的工作职责。

Finally, President Ma made a few points about the team leader's work. 1, the team leader should set a good place for himself; 2, the group leader should change his train of thought; 3, teaching and research activities in the group must be implemented; 4, teaching and research group work arrangements should be integrated; 5, be open-minded to accept supervision. Principal Ma's speech makes each team leader more clearly with his job responsibilities.

新学期、新起点、新希望！此次会议为新学期我校教研工作明确了方向，奠定了基调，必将有效地指引各学科教研组科学地开展工作，使学校的教学工作在务实、灵活兼而有之，创新、实践兼收并蓄情况下有效地完成，再上新的台阶，向着实现我校“教师领先高位发展、学生全面发展、学校持续发展”的目标扎实推进！

New term, new starting point, new hope! Our school will push forward towards the good goal of “Teachers lead high development, all-round development of students and sustained development of schools”.
