英语大组教研，打造高效课堂 English Teaching and Research Activities

为了提高教师的教育教学质量，打造英语高效课堂，英语组全体组员于9月12日下午在英语办公室教研活动，活动重点围绕罗兰英教师执教的人教版四年级上册Unit3 Transportation。本次活动先由罗兰英教师本人在三年级三班上课，之后全体组员回办公室，由她进行说课，然后组员进行评课，我们采用学校规定的2+1式评课，即两个优点和一个建议，对于每个步骤进行详细的揣摩和思考，老师们再活动各抒己见，对其优点进行发扬，也对课中出现的问题进行讨论，通过本次教研活动，教师们的建议和想法得到了碰撞，取长补短，为达到自己课堂的高效性起了及其重要的作用。

    On the afternoon of September 12th, in order to improve the quality of English teaching and create an efficient English classroom, all the English team members got together in the English office to research on Unit3 Transportation taught by Luo Lanying. First, Miss Luo explained her teaching design thoughts. Then the other members explained their ideas based on the “2+1 type”, a distinctive way of class evaluation in our school which requires the members to propose two advantages and a piece of advice. In this way, all the members communicated deeply and learned from each other, which at the same time exerted a quite positive influence on the building of efficient classroom.
