身体力行，教育为先

Practice First, Education First

                     ------记北小实外一年级组教师会议

                                       -------The 1^st  teachers’ meeting of Grade 1

2017年9月7日，开学第四天。全体一年级组教师在马长俊校长、胡涛副校长以及吴鸿雁主任的带领下召开了一年级组的第一次年级组教师会议。对新学期教育教学工作提出了明确指示。

On September 7, 2017, the fourth day of the new term. All teachers from Grade 1 held the first meeting under the leadership of Principal Ma Changjun, Vice-principal Hu Tao and director Wu Hongyan.

【规矩方圆】

   “无规矩不成方圆”，对新入学的小学生而言，新鲜的校园生活，新奇的学习方式，新的老师和同学，无一不分散着他们的注意力。好奇、好动的天性更是让他们很难做到专心听讲。因此，在一年级组教师会议上，胡涛校长明确指出，新的一年级必须以适应和培养良好的学习习惯、激发学习兴趣为主。统一规范学生的课前准备、书本摆放，课内坐姿、站姿、读写姿势、发言举手姿势以及语言表达的完整性等。让学生逐步养成良好的学习习惯，争做优秀的新时代小学生。

   “No rules are not a radius,” everything is new for the Grade 1, and all of the around is different. So they cannot pay attention on one thing. Curious and active nature makes it difficult for them to listen attentively. Therefore, in this meeting, vice principal Hu Tao pointed out that the new grade must adapt to and cultivate good study habits and stimulate interest in learning.

【用心而教】

课堂是教师的阵地，教书育人更是教师的职责所在。会议上，课程服务与管理中心主任吴鸿雁，则对全组教师新学年的教学工作进行了明确要求：努力备好每一堂课，力争高效完成课堂教育教学任务；用多样的形式、儿童化的语言激活课堂，充分调动学生学习兴趣；严抓作业批改，及时纠错，规范书写；精心准备教研课程，提高专业素养……

Classroom is the teacher's position. Teaching and educating is the duty of the teacher. At the meeting, Wu Hongyan, director of the curriculum services and Management Center, wishes all the teachers in Grade 1 to prepare each lesson and strive to effectively complete the task of classroom teaching and education.

【用爱而育】

在大会最后，马长俊校长则对全体学生的安全教育工作提出了明确要求。马校长指出，每一个孩子都承载着一个乃至多个家庭的殷切期望。教师应该将学生当成自己的孩子来关心爱护，尽全力保证孩子的健康成长。马校长指出，从今天起，乃至今后的每一天，除了积极关注学生的卫生、健康工作之外，我们更应该对孩子做好全面的安全教育工作，不追逐，不疯跑……杜绝校园安全事故的发生。真正用爱而育！

At the end of this meeting, Principal Ma Changjun made clear demands on the safety education of all students.  Mr Ma pointed out that every child carries the expectations of one or more families. Teachers should treat students as their own children and care for them.
